Not the Life for Me

Share

Hotel living is not the life for me.

I miss…

my stove

my full size fridge, even if was ‘apartment full size’

my washer and dryer…oh how I miss you!!

Nate having a separate room with a solid door (the door in the 2nd room/kitchen is glass pane) that I can safety knob.

being able to eat breakfast in my underpants and no bra if I choose

a closet that isn’t 18″ {at least half of that is Chris’ work clothes right now}

a freezer that fits more then a kids cuisine and a box of hot pockets

baking

But, I do like to find the bright side of things so in fairness, things I don’t miss…

paying rent

paying electric

paying water…I’m sensing a theme here

scrubbing the bathroom

vacuuming

changing/washing the towels and sheets

  2. Ugh. Hotel life sounds fancy…until it’s not a vacation. Totally get this list and hoping you get to leave the hotel life behind soon!

  3. Don’t forget the meal stipend! It’s nice to have thirty bucks extra per day but I’m ready to eat more home cooked meals. True ones that is…..
