You would think that it might have crossed my mind during the nearly two years of trying to get pregnant and the nearly 33 weeks since I peed on, what seemed like, my 3495th pregnancy test but, there is going to be a baby here!! Soon! Like a little over three weeks until due date soon and it’s just hit me in the last few days.
I see all of the teeny tiny clothes that I’ve been washing, folding and hanging.
I see that the breast pump (that I think I need to replace for a better one) is out of storage, the crib is assembled and the pack n play is ready to go.
Cloth diapers have been prepped, stuffed, folded and put away.
But it did not really register with me until recently…
She will be outside of my body and in our arms. Hanging out with Nate and I as we play, napping in our bed with us (you know, the once a month we get to take naps!) and taking trips to the park safely tucked away on me in a baby carrier. Another person to slowly take over our lives and hearts.
Things are going to get crazy around here but I can not wait!!
And the second she pops out, it’s gonna feel like you’ve had her forever <3

You and Jaime seem to have planned your pregnancies lol. I cannot believe it has been that quick already, it doesn’t seem like it was that long that you found out. I can’t wait to see her pics and pics of her and Nate together I think he is gonna make an awesome big brother.
