Oh my gosh I’m in love! Living in apartments can mean that you are stuck with whatever showerhead you are given OR you can go out and buy your own to make your bathroom more enjoyable. This is why I was SO excited to review the LavAqua 220 OneTouch Digital Showerhead!! I am so happy to say that I was not disappointed, this showerhead is amazing!
This showerhead allows you to choose four different options for your spray settings, ‘spray’, ‘massage’, ‘combo’ and ‘eco’. In addition to that you have two timer options, great for kids who don’t seem to realize they only have ten minutes to shower! You can choose ‘relax’ or ‘refresh’ and the head will run through different patterns of sprays to create a luxurious experience for you in your own shower. Another amazing feature is the self-cleaning nozzles that reduce mineral and hard water build up, our water is iron heavy so it can get annoying to constantly be cleaning. Retailing for $64.99 (and worth every penny) and available for purchase at Home Depot and Canadian Tire.

At first seeing that it would take ‘minutes’ to install made me scoff, things like this surely take longer, I have always battled with tightening and taping and re tightening with my showerheads but this truly did take MINUTES. I should have taken a video of me putting it in but I was just so excited! I loosened my old showerhead and then screwed this one right in it’s place. Easy peasy!
My favorite features are the blue LED lights that make it so you aren’t squinting trying to pick a setting or wondering if you got the right one and the ‘eco’ function. I have used water saving devices before and you always lose something but with LevAqua you don’t, I prefer the eco to the regular spray because I feel like it is a littler firmer water pressure. However, I must confess, my favorite favorite feature is the pause button because at times I’m in the shower and I hear a little voice ‘moooomma momma momma’ and I can pause and listen easier or pause and get out to take care of whatever and come back without having to readjust temperatures. Also, I can pause it while I lather up, wash my face and shave and know that I’m saving several gallons of water per shower!
